Topic: “Competition Law in Practice”

A well attended panel discussion on June 17th, 2009 was organized on “Competition Law in Practice”. The aim of the panel was to give clear guidance to middle management on the application of the Egyptian competition law and the role of the Authority therein. In preparing this panel discussion, AmCham Industry Committee worked with the Legal Committee as well as the Trade-Related Assistance Centre (TRAC) in cooperation with the Egyptian Competition Authority.
